The Musicians Room, New Lanark - June 7, 2009

The room, called the musicians room in the conservation village of New Lanark, Scotland has the best acoustics i have ever played. I arrived there on a very warm sunny day last weekend hotter than i liked. The fan had gone in my car and i had to keep the heating on most of the way to keep the engine cool. The room was an incredible room , big windows, wooden floor and not to high a ceiling. I played one cord and listened to the acoustics. The reverb was brilliant. The concert i was playing was to entertain wedding guests and although it ran late i got to play for longer and also managed a blister on a finger. Id like to thank guests for their nice comments. I also played pieces from the Crystal Waters cd which fitted in with the classical guitar pieces that were played.
